Summer Contest

To celebrate Summer, MAX is giving away four $25 gift cards. See contest rule below.

Eligibility: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees and representatives of MAX at Mirabeau and Mirabeau Park Hotel, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
• By entering the Contest, participants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
• By entering the Contest, participants agree to release Instagram from any association, responsibility, or liability related to the Contest.
• Each participant is only eligible to win one gift card.

Entry Period: 

• The Contest begins on 6/23/2023 at 11:00AM PST and ends on 6/30/2023 at 11:00AM PST.

How to Enter:

• Like and tag a friend on the "Summer Contest" post on the MAX Instagram page within the entry period

Winner selection: 

• Four winners will be selected at random by a representative of MAX at Mirabeau.

Winner Notification:

• Winners will be notified via a direct message from the official MAX instagram account within 7 days of winner selection.
• Winners must claim their gift certificate within 7 days of notification and arrange to pick it up at MAX at Mirabeau.
• If a winner does not respond within the specified time period or fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

Prize:

• Each winner will be awarded a $25 gift certificate to MAX at Mirabeau. There will be a total of four (4) winners.

General Conditions and Disclaimers:

• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Contest Rules or engages in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
• By participating in the Contest, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or other factors that may disrupt or corrupt the entry process or the administration of the Contest.
•  The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice.
• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and awarding the prize(s).
• By entering the Contest, participants agree to the Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor's privacy policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• The Contest and these Official Contest Rules are governed by the laws of Washington
• Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington
